CHEESE is a lighthearted 2D platforming adventure where you take control of a small but determined rat on a mission to collect every piece of cheese he can find—and make it safely back to his mouse hole.

Explore oversized environments from a rat's point of view, where ordinary household objects become towering platforms, dangerous obstacles, and opportunities for exploration. Run across kitchen floors, leap between shelves and countertops, climb over boxes and food containers, and search hidden corners for valuable cheese.

Your objective sounds simple: collect the cheese and reach the exit. But there's one problem—the house belongs to the cats!

Cats patrol the levels looking for an easy meal. Some wander predictable routes, while others may sleep until you get too close or chase you when they spot you. You'll need good timing, quick jumps, and sometimes a little patience to sneak past them. The rat isn't a fighter, so survival means learning how each cat behaves and finding a safe way around it.

Cats aren't the only danger. Mousetraps, falling objects, water, and other household hazards stand between you and your next piece of cheese. Checkpoints help you along the way, but you'll still need to watch where you're going.

Each level contains a collection of regular cheese pieces. Collect them all to unlock the mouse-hole exit and escape to the next level.

Players looking for an additional challenge can hunt for the hidden Golden Cheese. These special collectibles are tucked away in harder-to-reach areas and reward players willing to explore beyond the easiest route through a level.

As the adventure continues, you'll travel through different areas of the house and encounter new obstacles, increasingly challenging platforming sections, and new types of cats with different behaviors.
